讓 VSCode (Visual Studio Code) 出現在右鍵

在一個目錄右鍵打開，像是從 VS Code 打開目錄底下所有的檔案

檔案右鍵，即是編輯了該檔案了

怎麼作呢，就把底下文字存成 .reg 後執行即可
